I have an not refund issue with K 12! I registered er an public speaking course for my kid but I don't think they provide proper course for public speaking because basically it's 1-1! So it's different from what they promise when they sold us the program. They said it's gonna be 1-1 & group mix but more than 3 month have been passed. I don't see other student! Then I cancelled the course more than 1 month ago but haven't receive my money back yet! It takes too long! I am waiting for the money to pay for my kids tuition. That's more than 1000$! Give me back ASAP!!!

I got my daughters enrolled for coding and communication classes. The first level went well but later the quality went down drastically.there was no proper coordination and they started missing classes. We requested for withdrawal and refund. But they are not responding properly after that. There is no response to my mails and keep disconnecting the calls. It's almost a month since am following up. The syllabus and study methods and quality is substandard. Utter waste of money. They won't refund the funds as promised at the time of enrollment. Please don't opt for them, you won't gain anything from them. They are a fraudulent team.

This program is great until you request a refund, it’s been a month, emails, call back requests, all unanswered and ignored. It’s too bad as they have some great instructors, but many don’t explain anything and just tell you to write the code down. Started as a great experience but quickly has turned into a scam. I hate to say it, but steer clear as it’s obviously a scam when they refuse to acknowledge a cancel and refund request.

I really liked the way how they teach and how they plan all levels and sessions.

I have been in Camp - K12 AOC classes for about one year and they have helped me a lot with my communication and I have been informed by many others that they have seen a significant increase in my communicating abilities.

I signed my Son up and his 1st level sessions were really good as was the teacher that he had. For the 2nd level, he had a different teacher who was not personable or even patient with him (He is 6!). He yelled at him a few times and hung up abruptly 5mins before the end of the last class because he was not doing what she asked him to do. I had contacted Customer Service over a 2 weeks period to please change the teacher and I never heard back.. His old teacher even chimed in to help process my request, but no response. I decided to withdraw my son from the program and sent a cancellation request and refund request to customer service a few times, again no response. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Do not sign up for this scam!!

Great experience with campk12. The teacher is very nice, supportive and friendly. My daugther Sara enjoying all the class.

A great experience while enhancing my English grammar and literature. It was worth it. Contribution and determination of teachers in teaching children was excellent!
