Bad company . Zero customer service . . You try and contact them via phone and there is no way of talking to someone. Ordered a couple fans and did not receive them. Nor did I receive any info on their where abouts. Tried emailing them and they do not contact you back. Don't bother with these people.

We bought a new camper air conditioner, paid over a hundred dollars for shipping and an extra $40 for it being residential-it came-doesn't work-can't talk to a person, only email, and then told because we installed it can't be returned-how do you know if it works if it is not installed-lousy to deal with-sent me a number a the general Coleman dealers to help find a someone in Colorado to do warranty work-number doesn't work! I did contact the credit card company-they are looking into it but who knows-almost $700 dollars-they get there money but we have a nonworking product with no help!

This company is impossible to deal with. You cannot get anyone on the phone and their "live" on line help is a joke. We ordered an item that was never received. When we disputed it with AMEX, these folks reached out and threatened us. To date, we have never received the item and we are out $1010. Stay away!

I was sent wrong part, tried for 3 weeks to return with no success. There customer service and return department is nonexistent. Save the aggravation and shop with someone else !

Easy site to navigate for me. Got awning lights there and they look real good on my old motorhome. Gives them that vintage look. Real nice!
