Horrible business ethics and very scary shady payment policy. They asked for either plain text email of the fully disclosed credit card information or an upfront wired transfer of several thousand $$$. Never - Absolutely NoGo! This is more fraud attempt than clean business practice!

Bought a machine and was supposed to receive in 30-45 days. It took 4 months. Training manuals not included. Videos included are for a different machine. 2 months wasted waiting for training by phone. They don't call when they are supposed to. The don't answer emails. This is my second machine, and the machines are great. The customer service has become horrible.

I bought a embroidery machine from them, they mentioned 2 years of warranty and life time of phone support. For the last one week I have called them several times and there technician is not available to help me. Yesterday their branch manager told me that I should call them today and there will be a tech guy to help me. I have been trying to call since morning and nobody picks up the call and I cannot leave a voice message as the bin is full. There technician at Florida does not even speak proper English plus for any simple problem he says he has to contact somebody at California to find out the solution. It takes several days for him to get to the bottom of the problem. The screws for the embroidery hooks are getting ripped off, I asked them to supply me and they said they don’t sell just the screws, I have to buy the whole hook again. Their screw thread is special and cannot use aftermarket products. So I am stuck with few hooks. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR MACHINES, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO.
