Impressed, but one small hiccup
Alright, so my review is almost perfect other than for one small hiccup. Cameras and parts worked on my Canon G10. They did a fine job, repair wise the work was a strong 10 out of 10. My only gripe was I sent in the battery with the camera and I did not get it back (partially my fault). Their instructional email did say to not send in any accessories and I think it went as far to specify not to send in the battery. I'll take the blame for that one because I forgot to remove the battery before sending it in. I'm only human though, right? When the camera came back to me which was better than fast, the battery wasn't in the box so I couldn't use it. I contacted Cameras And Parts and they did acknowledge it got to them with the battery and it wasn't shipped back to me. They did rush me out the battery 2 day priority delivery so that was good of them. I made the error of including the battery by they shouldn't have made a mistake if not getting it back. They're great people, no doubt it was an I eyesight and they got me going quickly. The downside was I didn't get to take my camera on my weekend trip I had planned. I would say in all other areas, they were as perfect as can be. I was thoroughly happy and satisfied with their service otherwise.
