Great service, communication, turnaround time, and overall product. I had requested groups of orders as I had laid out in an order sheet. When delivered they where labeled and grouped as requested but once sorting out tags several had been put into bundle. Minor but still caused a lot of extra sorting effort.

Needs Process Improvements The salesperson did a great job and the product was fine and was delivered on time, but there are definitely holes in their process. #1 They wanted me to provide my credit card via email or over the phone. That's a major fraud issue. I should be able to pay you online. I can tell they work via email, as my order was not placed on time. I had to call my salesperson to ask if the order was placed and it wasn't. Instead of the salesperson placing the order herself, someone else had to do it. Too many steps. They should invest in software that improves these areas. Customer experience is everything!

I was reselling these to one of my customers and they sent the invoice to my customer. Let’s just say that wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Documents were missed 3 out of 3 times in 3 shipments.
Response from CamcodeSep 13, 2018
I apologize on behalf of Camcode, Shikha. One time might be dismissed as a simple oversight, but three times likely means there is some sort of breakdown on our end. I will be sure to pass along your review so we may fix.

We were not notified that we had to prepay for labels until we asked about shipping. If we did not ask we would not have known. Then it took a lot of back and forth to get an invoice to process for prepayment. The order was submitted beginning of July and we still have not gotten our product due to this process. Now that we know we have to prepay we hope the process will go a lot smoother.

Letishia, i'm sorry there was a delay in shipment because of payment processing. We do offer credit. If you are interested in setting up credit terms we can send you the application.
