CaltoneReviews of caltone.net

Loved how quickly my Nikes were shipped and delivered to me!

Easy to find products I was looking for

One item on the website showed as in stock but received a follow up on my order that it was out of stock. I purchased one other item and it arrived as described and was shipped within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping was quick and the items came just as stated! I would definitely order from here again if I needed something I couldn’t find anywhere else and it’s available here.

Items arrived on time and came exactly as described

I loved my Nike and everything looks amazing

In a world of over-promising and underdelivering, Caltone quietly, self assuredly, keeps their promises while simultaneously over-delivering in many qualities. I had mistakenly placed an order on a weekend without a necessary rush delivery to have the items before the next weekend. On that Monday afternoon, I messaged via their customer service support form and they responded in a matter of hours. My order was about to leave the warehouse, but they found it, stopped it—didn’t cancel in case I couldn’t place a new order in time—cancelled once I sent confirmation of the new order with rush delivery. The order went out THAT day (Monday evening) and arrived within 24 hours (Wednesday morning). Shipping is often out of a business’s hands; however, Caltone took ownership of what they could control and their execution was flawless. They are responsive, careful, deliberate and have one of the best online stores I’ve seen in a while. I’m grateful to them for the refreshing experience in a world where online shopping is trending downward. I’ll be back for more exceptional service and top quality products.
