The company is predatory and doesn't warn you until after you place your order that they "can't" make ANY changes to your order as soon as you hit place order. ANYTHING. doesn't matter if it hasn't even been processed you can't ask them to change a single thing. i've never met such horrendous customer service. they take up to 2 weeks to process your order and another week to actually arrive to the east coast (screwed my travel plans twice). The language they use throughout their emails gives away how callous and money hungry this company is - "if you send more than one email it will go straight to the bottom of the inbox." Every company like this has at least some sort of quality assurance warranty but calpak has nothing. they dont care about you as soon as they've pocketed your money on their china quality goods. There is a reason people love shopping with Amazon, Chewy, etc so much or literally any other reputable company. It's because they actually respect their customers' extremely reasonable feelings and wishes. Calpak is a scam but if you're willing to waste money for short-lived cute goods, go ahead. i fell for it so im warning others.

I can literally only reiterate what everyone else is writing...wish I would've checked trustpilot earlier. This company is a no-go. The bag I bought was on sale for 20$ less than usual just for them to have a reason to preclude any returns. Of course the quality was pretty cheap and the bag was much bigger than suggested on the website...

This company is a JOKE, no phone number to contact a human. Emailing takes forever, and you don't get anything other than a useless blanket statement that is WORTHLESS. They don't make you sign for your luggage which is odd. I bought a set that wasn't delivered and they could care less. They do NOTHING. No offer to send a new set with a signature guarantee- NOTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I hope this place goes bankrupt they are 10/10 the most useless unhelpful joke of a company ever. Eff you calCRAP.

****DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!**** I bought my husband carry-on luggage as a gift. After using it only twice the entire front laptop sleeve started coming off the main luggage part. It looks like it was just cheaply glued onto the main compartment. I contacted customer service and they are refusing to give me a refund! I even offered to send the item back to them. The only options they gave are to send them the item to be repaired or replaced at MY COST or to get a replacement. We clearly do NOT want a replacement as the product was extremely cheap and I just know a new one will break again. I will never buy from them again and will be sure to alert everyone I know. An absolute waste of money.

I ordered luggage from here that was not properly delivered to my house and was then stolen due to that. Calpak's suggestion was to contact the authorities, which will not get me a refund for this luggage. This was fedex's fault and no one wants to hold them responsible. Will never buy from them again.

Customer experience is sub par. If you order direct they charge your credit card on date of order and will not ship for two weeks. They will drop ship Nordstrom order right away. I contacted them and the response was a 3-5 business day before reply… due to holiday activity. And they only work Monday through Friday…this is retail and Christmas. I wish I had read Facebook reviews. Typical California company….it’s all about them and not the customer.

Horrible customer service. Bought my luggage last month and used it once, wheel popped off. Why isn’t there a telephone number ?

The worst Customer Service EVER. Can only email for help. Is this 1990?
