Now that I’ve kinda sorta explained to everyone just how one sided the lottery is. What’s say we all show the state that we all know what’s going on. Why play a game that you have maybe a 20 percent chance of winning (and when you do win all your getting is a free ticket) Oh boy yippee! Sounds pretty obvious to me and watching these clowns throw away our money on all those grand ideas that go absolutely nowhere is pretty insulting yet we keep on feeding into the whole twisted circle.

Every time I try to do a second chance on the super Lotto it kicks me out saying wrong username and or wrong password. I write these things down so I don't forget them or put in the wrong information. 99% of the time I can never get through it always makes me go through the whole process of a new username and a new password which of course you can't use but so many of the old passwords. I used to think it was just me but I started writing everything down so I put in the correct information each time and yet it still does the same thing it kicks me out. I honest to God believe that it is a scam of some sort. I don't know why they do this. But I know it's not me and I have heard so many other people say the same thing. I honestly think they should be checked out by officials from the government, the state, something here is not right. I don't think I could be convinced it's not a scam of some sort without hard proof proving otherwise. Someone needs to look into this.

Let’s talk about why cal lottery is so unfair/corrupt.Letting a state control a lottery is one of the biggest scams in the history of this country. Before lotteries were a big deal I bought numbers tickets from a guy who used to do the rounds in Boston. Guess what? People won! That was before the states figured out that: “Hey besides taxes we can take everything they have.” These states have more than enough money so why are we being stupid and funding their pet projects/lifestyles etc?That’s exactly what’s happening.Of course cal lottery will trot out the handful of million dollar winners in their defense yet it’s how they’ve been operating for years. Oh and just in case you have a particular problem and want to discuss it face to face with the so called lottery commission. I will gladly provide addresses/phone numbers and emails to anyone interested.

I have to laugh. I just got a text message from the lottery saying that they’re trying to help people not get scammed buy people falsely saying they’re associated with the California lottery. What about the lottery itself. The mega million started out $1.00 per play, then $2.00 per play and now it’s 5 dollars per play. you would think you’d win something every now & again but you don’t. Even if you play second chances you never win.

I've bought several of there jaws scratchers that are supost to give you additional chances at 2nd chance drawings after entering them and receiving 50 on one 25 on another my totals never included any extras so im not going to buy anymore lies

I have been buying Lottery Tickets forever & now being a Truck Driver i go frm city to city & State to state, I rather buy them, than Gamble. But they are getting jst as Bad as The Slots either way it go ur going to LOSE!!! The bad part about it, We All Are Getting Screwed 2 times. With the prices they charging us & Never Winning nothing. But a dang Free Ticket: The Prices Of ALL The Tickets Are HIGH👆🏽👆🏽💵💵 in Calif Lottery is Not Paying out it's not worth it anymore...The Stupid President is Screwing us & so is The Lottery's. They paying its a waste of time yall. Good Luck. Also I save my Tickets & look at them. I dont live in Calif & cant play The Second Chance, that SUCKS!!!

There many reasons NOT to play ANY of the lotteries. I will just stick with one in partucular, the California 2nd Chance. Most know what this is. For those who do not, a person can scan 2nd Chance codes from non-winning scratchers, any Super Lotto ticket, and any Fantasy 5 ticket that has five dollars/five lines of play. So that is three types of 2nd Chance games. Every week you enter, the next week there is a random drawing conducted by a "Stand Alone Draw Machine." I have been entering these codes for over EIGHT YEARS religiously and have never won a single time. Winners are made public every week on the Cal Lotto website. You see many of the same winner's names multiple times. One does NOT have to be a statician to see something is VERY wrong when a person enters and not exaggerating tens of thousands of codes and NEVER wins anything all compounded with seeing many of the same people win over and over again. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG and it is my opinion the California 2nd Chance in some way, shape, or form is either rigged to benefit certain people or is fake.

This person, jesse that works in the california lottery office was very rude and disrespectful they did not wanna help me. They had smart remarks and had a terrible attitude. Like, how hard can your job be? All you do is answer phones enjoying A/C or the heater.... very disappointing.. i bought $520, scratches, and I ended up winning a $150. And I come to find when I go to cash them in that I can't, because the retailer I bought him from in greeley, hill, california didn't activate or however it works with the scratchers so now I cant cash and he wont even give my money back and every time I call the lottery office. They're rude and disrespectful. So all I did was buy some scratchers and try to cash them. And the person I bought the scratches from disrespectful. The people that disc out the the tickets also disrespectful, y'all need to sit down and drink some humble tea...
