We’re sorry to hear that Ü Relax didn’t meet your expectations. While many customers find it beneficial, we understand that individual experiences can vary. The temporary numbing sensation comes from the Kava extract, which is a natural ingredient in the formula. We strive to be transparent about our product and customer experience, and we do offer a money-back guarantee for orders placed through calmingco.com. If you’d like to explore this option, please reach out to us at [email protected]—we’re happy to assist. We appreciate you giving Ü Relax a try and wish you the best.

Update: The resent package now shows as delivered. Hi Lorri, I see that support has already reached out to you about this order. Your package was handed off to UPS, but for some reason there was no more movement. As we said in our message to you, we will get you another order out ASAP. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback. As a small business, 1-star reviews can be particularly impactful, so it’s disappointing to see one from someone who hasn’t tried our products. We understand your interest in trying and sharing our products, but leaving a negative review as a way to request free items isn’t the best way to start a conversation. We value honest feedback from genuine customers and encourage you to give our product a try—we’re confident it can speak for itself.
