U relax is amazing! I used to have a glass or two of wine most nights, but U Relax is my now my go-to. I sleep well, wake up refreshed, and dropped weight. It fits perfectly into my wellness plan, and I always have it on hand. It’s the best drink of its kind out there; I’ve tried a bunch, but this is by far my first choice! Thank you!!!

I’ve been using the U Relax and U Sleep for about 2-3 months. When I first ordered it, I was skeptical that it’d have any effect on my ability to unwind or fall asleep. I’ve tried other similar products looking for a medication-free way to decompress, and their efficacy was minimal, at best (and likely just a placebo effect, to be frank). U Relax and U Sleep, however, are quite effective! I’ve used both products a handful of times, but my better half uses them almost every night. Normally, he’d drink 2-3 glasses of wine to unwind after a long day, but with U Relax, he has **maybe** one glass of wine, and U Relax, and he’s set. Calorically, it’s a huge improvement, and the reduction of stress on his liver by cutting down on the alcohol makes this product a worthwhile purchase to keep on auto-replenish. The taste of both products is fine—true to their fruit profiles. The berry tastes like berry, tropical like pineapple and coconut, etc. They definitely leave a slight aftertaste, kind of like Crystal Light (diet), but it’s not entirely unpleasant. However, compared to a “pure” kava product, this tastes like freaking candy wrapped in sunshine. (I HATED the kava tea my better half had me try… it tasted like clay.) The U-Relax is a PERFECT substitute if you're looking to replace alcohol. Over the years, I have gone from beer, to rum, then back to beer, then to whiskey and ended up drinking red wine (cabernet sauvignon to be precise). It has a nice euphoric effect, and no hangover or any adverse lingering effects the next morning.

I am really enjoying the URelax, both flavors. I do not drink alcohol and I have yet to experience the buzzed feeling that others have talked about. But what I do like about it is that it taste great I have to dilute it. I drink it in more like 20 ounces of water. Maybe that’s why I don’t get the buzz feeling. AnyWho I like that It does relax me and I’m not constantly being asked if I want a drink when in social settings.

I am trying to cut down on my alcohol consumption so I gave this a try. I don’t feel the effects that some claim but I absolutely love the taste of the berry flavor and I drink it from a wine glass to mock a beverage. Love it!!
