I love this company so much.. they do good business, ship fast, & the product is so good. I had used kava plenty of times in the past but this is so much better. It tastes amazing & works so well, & fast. I started buying the calm u packets a few months ago & have consistently bought it since. I never crave alcohol bc this feels so much better & has no negative side effects. I wish it was cheaper but it is worth the price. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again

Thanks Calming Co. You've got a great product. Love the Shaker that comes with it, thats a hit. I focus on the dry sticks for my drink and spice it up as follows. In the shaker I first squeeze in 1/2 a lemon slice, then put 100 ml of coconut water, put in the dry stick of Berry flavor and finish the last 100 ml with pomegranite juice. Put the lid on and start shaking away..... Now, Ice in a nice Yeti cup and pour it over the ice and I'm redy for some anxiety reduction and a relaxing drink... Excellent for me. I've been using u relax now for about 6 months and really enjoy it. It has a great taste ( i prefer the mixed berry one!), helps relax, calm my stress and has certainly helped me cut back on drinking alcohol. I've ordered it several times now.

Honestly, I first started taking U Relax to help me stop relying on alcohol at the end of stressful days. I quickly discovered that the product doesn’t give you that strong, buzzed feeling, and its taste isn’t candy, but it is definitely worth powering through. It makes you feel calmed down and a bit sleepy, and the flavor is improved dramatically when you drink it ice cold (I fill my shaker halfway with water, add the tonic, and shake it up. Then, fill shaker rest of way with ice, shake again, drink) After about a week of taking it, I realized that not only did I sleep better, but my mood was much happier the following day (I would take it in the evening after I got home from work). I found myself singing at work, and laughing again for the first time in forever. The product as a whole makes me feel better focused, balanced, and happier in general. To me, this product is a must have in my life. Highly recommend!
