I had possibly felt a slight calming and sleepy effect maybe twice, possibly 3 times out of 3 weeks worth. Really expensive. The commercials elude to a 'body buzz' or a feeling the person 'can't seem to explain', that's because it's a placebo effect in my opinion. Absolutely not like an alcoholic drink or loosey goosey. I wanted so bad to have this work for me and was willing to pay but the numbess, which i do like, is all i seem to get out of it. I recommend watching the review videos on Youtube that show real time effects. They are quite revealing as the person can't hide their disappointment and boredom. Double check sugar free ads... they probably use sugar substitute and natural flavors which are not natural at all.

Not great at all, a little calming. I didn't mind the taste. But the product doesn't work for me.

This was not what I expected I spent 75 dollars it woul have been cheaper and more calming just to buy a bottle of wine I literally took 4 at a time to get any effects truly a waste of my hard earned money I used them all and for what colored urine I got these to ease anxiety for a up comming trip glad I tried them first

I tried both flavors and they were just meh...Way to expensive for what you get and one package isn't even enough to make a full drink that tastes drinkable. Had to use two packages for a normal size drink and again, just ok...nothing I would buy again.
