Switched to Call Tools and am very happy. Reasons I would recommend: Ease of use. Customer interface is simple and intuitive. Very very easy for new employees and on boarding. Cost of system per user. I moved from a competitor to Call Tools and this was absolutely the right choice. Thank you to James, my account manager, and Derek at Tech Support.

We love the ease and simplicity of the program. There are too many great features to list but I will share a few that we are thrilled with. First, minimal training as our Telemarketing Reps can log right into the Call Tools website and begin calling without having to download a Soft Phone. Second, we love that we can set up our own unique dispositions. Third, the program has worked flawlessly and at anytime during the work day we can listen in on real time calls being made as well as listen to all the recorded calls after the fact. I want to make mention that James and his team have been great to work with and any company that uses Call Tools will experience great customer service. Finally, we would recommend Call Tools to any company that needs a great Predictive, Power or Preview Dialer Program… Steve with CAD Accounts Receivable Mgmt.

I've used many different Call Center Applications including Five9, Dolphin, SalesTools & a few others. Let start off buy saying that this is the only company that we've had zero issues with, it happens to be the least expensive by far. It's really smooth, much easier to use then any other Call Center Platform. It's super easy to use. The staff is phenomenal, well everybody that I've spoken with so far including David Walker & Keri Marceaux in Tech Support. They always answer my dumb questions even though they've already told me and taught me a hundred times. You can add seats without talking to anybody. The instructional videos are really good but you won't even need them because the system is that easy to use. It does many features of a system that costs more than 4 or 5-times as much. You don't need to be a programmer to use it. I set up new reps in 18 seconds (no exaggeration), not 2 hours like some systems. They don't nickel and dime you either. There are no extra charges for things like Manager seats. It's the least expensive, most user friendly and easy to use system that I have ever seen and it's fully customizable by you, no programmer or implementation specialist needed. By far, hands down, this is not just a little better, it's litterally 7 or 8 times better overall than any other system that I have used. David Walker has been absolutely awesome. I hope you never leave David!
