I have to be honest, CallTools itself is a mess.... horrendous UI, data not being fully captured etc - HOWEVER, you should give Buddy Becerra a RAISE!!! This man has SINGLEHANDEDLY kept us from cancelling. Top notch service agent who understands what it means to help!!!! 5 stars for Buddy Becerra!!!!

CallTools customer service is in a class of its own. I've used numerous dialers over the years, and not one comes close to the professionalism, thoughtfulness, and dedication their support team provides. Whether I have a simple question or a more complex issue, they're always quick to help. You can reach them directly through the chat feature within the system, and if a call is needed, they'll gladly pick up the phone and walk you through it step by step. They've even gone as far as scheduling Zoom meetings to ensure I fully understood the setup and processes. It's rare to find a company that genuinely invests the time to help its customers succeed, but that's exactly what the CallTools team does. Top-notch customer service from start to finish.
