CallRail has an easy setup, and the numbers are mostly clean; no less so than other call tracking companies. I do wish there was we more options for trigger dynamic number insertion for campaign with many different sources. There are a decent amount but not quite enough. CallRail remains the best of the half dozen or so that we've tried. Also, the pricing model is a bit odd for an agency setup. The account structure is fine for agencies, but the way the pricing scales is odd.

I love call rail. It is easy to use and the pricing is really competitive. Would recommend it to everyone.

We have very much enjoy there service. Great way to have 10 different numbers, at an affordable rate and be able to keep track of marketing. Also there service is wonderful. There response rate is great and they will continue to reach out to make sure you are taken care of, and if you're having an issue they will make sure they get a solution to the issue. Would totally would recommend !!!

Easy to use and timely data

Very affordable for what you get. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I wish there was more help when you have orblems setting it up. Or someone who would onboard first account so I learn all the features
