The interview process was quick and easy. The person interviewing me was pleasant and thorough.

I enjoyed talking to my interviewer. She was wonderful, I apoligize I forgot her name, she was very personable, friendly, very easy to talk to. She also explained everything to the t. She represents Percy and Freedom Mortgage so well and thus is the type of company that I would enjoy working for.

I was alil worried at first, because there's alot of spam and scams out there. However so far, everything seems legit. The employer's out of state, so it's not very accessible. But the phone interview, along with consistant response via text and email made for a very profession, pheasant, and welcoming experience. The conversation definitely gave me piece of mind and confidence in "Percy's" recruiting system. I look forward to the following phone interview and I will definitely refer a colleague.
