I’ve ordered from this company multiple…

I’ve ordered from this company multiple times before without issues, which makes this experience even more frustrating. My most recent order was shipped to the wrong city and ZIP code but same street name and address. This isn’t a small typo; it’s a completely different location. I manually entered my address, and I have no connection to the address they shipped to. When I reached out, they immediately claimed this was “technically impossible” and blamed me, saying it must have been autofill or something on my end. There was no attempt to actually investigate or verify what happened, just deflection. Even after I explained that I’ve successfully ordered from them before using the same address, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a real solution. The only thing they offered was a discount on a future order, which doesn’t help when the current order never arrived. To make things worse, I placed a second order after realizing the issue so I could still receive product, and they canceled it without explanation. At this point, I’ll be filing a dispute. Mistakes happen, that’s not the issue. The problem is how they handled it: dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take accountability. If you order from here, just be aware that if something goes wrong, you will be on your own.

We canceled your second order because days after shipping your order to the address you provided us( which you have a digital copy in your email), you messaged us saying it was incorrect, not taking accountability and putting the blame from the start. We helped you letting you know at this point you had to call usps and do a package intercept, and that usps may charge a small fee directly. You didn't take accountability, wanted us to pay for your errors and threatened to do a chargeback. Moments later you place a new order to the correct address, and somehow expect us not to cancel it knowing you filed a chargeback on the first order after making an error and not catching it on time.
