Could be better
Clear Choice plan still takes mins away even when no talking happens, or no one answers the phone.

I had a balance of $23.80 on my account, after less than 2 months without making any calls the balance went to $17.some change. I fail to see the logic . Please someone explain

Hi Alex! We checked your account, and it appears that you have the Simple Calls plan active. This means that you get better rates for your calls in exchange for a $0.99 weekly fee.
