We love CallingCards as it connects us…
We love CallingCards as it connects us well with our office in China. However, we seem to repeatedly be told that we are "out of minutes" even though we switched to the "World Unlimited" plan which auto-renews $10 at a time.

Not worth it
Used this company since 2016 with no issues, and in the past few months they have gone downhill to the point I had to cancel the plan. Customer service is useless, cant make international calls and they have not been very helpful. Its now more trouble than its worth and cant count on if the calls will even work?

Prefer to have the billing on a set day
I'd prefer to have the billing on set days of the month, like the 5th, 10th, 20th, etc so I can set up automatic payments or at least be able to remember when a payment is due. Every 30 days just doesn't work for me. After a few months it's a completely different date!

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. As the Plan subscription includes 30-day billing, you will not be charged every month on the same specific day. This is not possible because it depends on the number of days included in the current month. However, you can always check your next billing date on your Dashboard after logging in. Connections are super easy once account is set up and active. Easy to add minutes Impossible or next to impossible to speak with a person for customer service
