SCAMMERS. I placed an order (#7544650446) over 4 months ago and have still not received my item. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support with no response at all. They’ve completely ignored all attempts to contact them. This business is hosted on Shopify, but even Shopify has not been helpful in resolving or escalating the issue. At this point, I believe this store is either a scam or entirely negligent in handling customer orders. Do not order from this store. Save yourself the stress and money.

It has been an over a month and I still haven’t received my watches. It was supposed to be a gift for my partner yet they still have even SHIPPED my order. They make it so hard to get a refund even when they state that customer satisfaction is one of their top priorities. I’ve sent thousands of emails yet they STILL haven’t responded. It’s honestly ridiculous !

The company is selling Shein items - avoid and buy it from Shein instead. Sent me faulty items that I cant use - calligraphy watches will not response when contacted to resolve the issue - I contacted them from another email pretending to be a new customer and got a reply the same day.

Order not fulfilled (Order 7544010446) Emails not responded. Potential scam. STAY AWAY !!!

7541738446 order number. Fraud, they are stealing your money. Stay away

They have an ad on Facebook. They claim to be a USA company and located in the US put there not, they will ship you the product from chine with chines tracking #. God know when it will arrive and what you will get. Can not be trusted. They will also charge your CC and it will show that the company is located in NJ with a company ph# that belongs to a gas company. Fake fake !!

The watch came 3 months late and is not matching the photos. There is chinese printed on the dial.
