Poor Customer Service Quality
I ordered a 3xl shirt with a cross on it that I was excited to receive. They shipped from Italy and it took over a month to receive. Which I received it I could not get it over my head because it was too small. I contacted the company by email (it's the only way to contact them). They told me to take a picture of the shirt and email it to them and customer service would contact me. I heard back from customer service and they told me the shirt was the right size and if it doesn't fit, give it away. They chose not to make it right or offer an exchange. I gave it to my wife who wears an XL, it didn't fit her either. Unfortunately, I ordered "Faith" baseball caps for Father's day over a month ago before I received the shirt. Now, 2 days after Father's day I'm still waiting for the baseball caps. This company uses many different names so be aware of bait and switch. They present themselves as a Christian company with Christian values but buyers beware.
