This is a SCAM site. I ordered 3 shirts from them that were NEVER delivered. Customer Service is an automated bot that sends generic responses to keep customers from triggering an investigation with their credit card companies. The tracking service (tracking-hub.com) is likely a scam as well. After 7 weeks of no products, their tracking solution updated my package status to "delivered 2 weeks ago to your mailbox". I see a few people seem to get SOME type of product - but even then, it's often not what they ordered. The rest of us get zilch. In particular, they seem to be preying on Christians who are ordering gospel-oriented gear on FB. As someone else said: "God sees all...". In the meantime, AVOID this company and do NOT give them any of your hard-earned money. You'll get nothing in return.

Called by Faith uses the US Postal service. Product never arrived although the postal service said it did. Called by Faith is only interested in money not customer service. I am out $95 and will never use this company again.

Did not receive the shirt and hat. Poor customer service. No refund. I would order elsewhere.

Am very disappointed with the product I purchased, Men's Faith Printed Casual Polo ShirtPicture 1_L. I received it a few day ago the writing on the shirt is side way it not useable looks ridiculous. the quality of the shirt is fine, but who every printed the shirt made it wrong when shipped no one bothered to look at the merchandise was fine to ship.

Same as everyone else. Never received my order. Contacted the company and they said it was delivered and gave me the tracking number. Checked with USPS and UPS and it is not a valid tracking number. I always try to check if it is a Chinese company, but got taken in this time!

I am another victim of this scam. Why does Facebook allow them on their site.

Don't buy from this company !!! I never received my order. They provided tracking that finally showed delivery "to a mailbox" in a city in CA. I live in Florida. I made a complaint to Paypal and the company (with a Chinese name) provided totally different tracking info to Paypal with delivery to may town, and ne3ver showing my address. It's all fake. I thought Paypal vetted who they work with. I'm mistaken!

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDERS! BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCONT! DO NOT! DON'T, EVER ORDER FROM THEM. I AM YET TO GET A REFUND 😔
