I loved the bracelet, but it broke after just a few days.

I have purchased 3 bracelets in the last year two broke quickly and one popped off and was lost. Not too happy with the product and when i reached out to customer service for the last broken one, I was required to send photos. I guess my word is not good enough. I did get a refund on one bracelet, but too little too late. I recommend you buy elsewhere.

Beaded Bracelet broke while wearing 2 days after received. Although they did replace I had to pay for shipping and rep blamed me. Replacement bracelet lasted 6 days and broke while sleeping. No response yet from customer service. Done and won’t be back

I sent an email to Cigio support about the Infinity Black Stingray Golden bracelet I ordered and to date have not received a reply back. I emailed because I needed to exchange the bracelet for a larger size. Going to hear back soon but the delay in responding does not give me a good impression so far.

Pretty cheap bracelet. Disappointed. Took a risk. Didn’t pan out.

Literally had the bracelet for less than a week and The pin fell out and was lost. Constantly had to tighten the screw. Product was good looking but it’s not well made and now useless! No wonder why you offer extra pins for $4 dollars a piece! You know you sell a product that clearly has a flaw.

Garbage, fell apart after 3 months. Company offered me 30% off my next bracelet

Materials are undesirable. Design is flawed...(try putting one on yourself). F overall.
