I had an incomplete address. Says package was returned. Nothing on a refund, a simple email or phone call it could have been fixed.

Normally when you order anything online you receive a confirmation by email the same day. My purchase was made on 02/24/25 Terrible...Serious lack of communication and response. Update after you sent the above correspondence: First of all this is the first time customer service has responded to any of my emails. It obviously took a rating or 1 to get one. First email was on the 02/25/25 “I have not received an acknowledgment about my order?” No response! 2. Second email sent 02/26/25 “Could you please confirm my order plus a tracking number to whoever is shipping in 2- 3 days??? And give me an ETA or something????? Thank you No response! 3. Third email 02/27/25 Now thinking this is a scam..No telephone number and on your site it says “ best bracelet experts will provide an answer within one minute to one day” “Not only have I not received and acknowledgment but I am not also getting any response from my email to support. If I do not hear back from you I will cancel the order and please refund my money by the end of the day” 4. Finaly 4 days later on the 27th I get an email with a tracking number that didn’t work. And the following email: Hello Stanley, Here at Caligio, our goal is to deliver exceptional quality and outstanding design at reasonable prices to people who value uniqueness and individuality. For us, nothing is more important than your satisfaction and that's why we wanted to promise you that: “But you are not. And I’m getting fed up with your lack of support and communications.” This is why you got a “1” Nothing you claimed on your site is what happened and I’m still waiting for the product. My tracking number now say it will be delivered 03/05/25… 8 working days after placing the order.

Received the wrong item. Sent an email to support but have not heard back yet. Would be happy to upgrade it to five stars once this is corrected.

This is my first time ordering from you. At this time I’m giving you a 1 :( I placed my order 1week ago. You state 2-5 Business days for delivery. You took my money immediately and made a shipping label. Since that day there has been no update or confirmation on my order and delivery status :( I will update my experience later

Worst company. Bought 2 bracelets but didn't like them and sent it back with their label it's been 3 weeks and still no refund. Messaged them 3 times already. Next step dispute the charges on my cc. Avoid them

They worst. Had bracelet for 1 week fell apart. Emailed customer service they charged me to ship a replacement. It was a week old not months. So disappointed. Very cheaply made. Don’t waste your money.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased two bracelets from this company that has the most poorest customer service in my history of living and thats a long time. Sent three emails and not 1 was answered, Now I have to return and again u guest it no emails. That is why I am writing to state "AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS". Have to resort to the BBB to help out. WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY
