Hi Chris, We contacted you earlier by email to inform you about the delay. Due to the tariff wars involving exotic leather, we were invoiced for nearly two months, which caused a temporary shipping hold. Now that this issue has been resolved, we have shipped all pending orders to customers who were waiting, and we also included bonus bracelets as a courtesy - including in your shipment. We sincerely apologize again for the delay and truly appreciate your patience.

Hi Gerald , you should have contacted us first - we’ve now reached out to you by email and are ready to exchange your bracelet for the correct size, just as we do for all our customers, and it’s completely free. Exchanging a bracelet for a different size is a standard procedure, and there’s nothing unusual about it.

Hello John, Your comment does not reflect the reality. On every product page there are real, authentic photos where you can clearly see how the bracelet looks. We have also sent you an email - please reply at your convenience.

We prepared and delivered your order within just a few days all the way across the country, so it’s hard to describe that experience as “terrible” Sorry for the delay in replying to your email. We have already responded and offered you several options to resolve the issue.

Hi Robert we only charged you a symbolic $0.99 to process it in our system ( not $6 pin + $5 shipping ) , and we sent you the PIN. it’s not our fault it didn’t arrive - that’s on USPS ( it might arrive to you tomorrow ) we’ll resend it tomorrow with more expensive shipping with a tracking number. but honestly, it’s not very fair on your part. We try our best.

Hi, Gerald we shipped exactly what you ordered. The product page clearly states which pin fits which bracelet - if you didn’t read that, it’s not our fault. That said, we can still send you the correct one free of charge. Would that work for you?
