I’ve been working with California Technology Solutions on my Amazon advertising for around three months, and my experience so far has been very positive. Before working with them, my advertising costs were too high, and I felt too much spend was being wasted. I knew I needed help. My main aim was to improve profitability, with an initial goal of getting ROAS above 3.5. What I’ve appreciated most is the realistic approach. My account manager, Danish, never promised me the world. He explained what they believed they could achieve and what to expect along the way. So far, the results have been consistent with those expectations. Compared with before they took over, my advertising spend and ACOS are lower, while ROAS is now above 5. In the first month, sales fell, but because I was spending considerably less on advertising, I actually made more profit. I receive monthly performance reports covering the results and plans for the following month, alongside a monthly video meeting with Danish. Replies to my emails are usually prompt, which I also appreciate. Organic sales now account for roughly 45% of my total sales, compared with around 30% before we started working together. The fees were agreed upfront, and I pay monthly in advance. There’s no long-term commitment, and I can choose to stop the service rather than continue into another month. That flexibility is something I appreciate. It’s still relatively early, but I’m pleased with both the progress and the communication. They are straightforward, responsive and, most importantly, the results speak for themselves. Based on the improvement we were seeing in the UK, I gave them our German Amazon account in early July. Germany is a much newer account, less than a year old, and sales have historically been quite inconsistent. Being a small company that can barely afford to make the marketing leap into AMZ PPC partner management, ACOS and over all marketing budgets are very sensitive.
