This company is a complete scam. They misrepresent themselves as a company in the United States that has quick response time with real people. Instead their products are shipped directly from China that take over 3 weeks to arrive, they do not respond to their emails or phone, and they did not provide any opportunity for a refund when asked.

Item was shipped from China, took two weeks to arrive with “Express Shipping”. Contacted via email (phone #does not work!!) 3 times before I received a response of an offer of 10% refund even though I received the WRONG dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This place will not give you a refund! The quality of the dress I received was cheap and didn't look like the picture. I have written numerous times to ask for the return shipping address and a refund. They will not provide this. They tell you they would rather give you a discount on future purchases than make you send your return back to China. When pressed, they won't give a shipping address or refund. Their clothes are not inexpensive either. This is just bad business.

This brand is based out of China. It is a scam. I have been waiting for my order for a month and have no updates. The phone number is a dead end. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND!

Item looked nothing like the picture. Shipping took forever (came from china not Wisconsin or California) and customer service does not respond. Just try calling the customer service number.. it’s a dead number. Avoid this company.
