Awesome service... Would recommend
Brandon our sales rep and Renee our installer was awesome. Brandon was very clear and very on top our questions..... Renee was awesome. Very efficient at doing the work, very thorough, on time, and paid attention to detail. Only reason why there wasn't a 5 star rating was that Brandon missed the installation and explanation of the system, but Renee took care of it masterfully. Otherwise would recommend California Security Pro and ADT to anyone looking for an alarm.

Installation process was fast and very professional.
Before installation, they needed to rewire my house phone line. They seemed to know where to look at and resolved the issues quickly. The installation and test of alarm system were done very fast. I like their service.

Need multiple trips to finish the installation but it was completed satisfactory
This was a takeover installation from my existing wired alarm system. We ordered one set of systems and then the installer told us that we needed to go for another systems for ADT Pulse function. Good that it was no extra charge. Needed 3 trips in total to complete the installation. But the service was very prompt and it has been working flawlessly. I would recommend California Security Pro for alarm installation.
