Old medications with short expiration dates
Beware of old medications with short expiration dates!! If searching for a prescription for an immediate acute condition, California Pet Pharmacy may be an option, but if searching for maintenance medication for a chronic, long-term condition, you might need to look elsewhere. The prescription I received was set to expire in just over a month. I have used this maintenance medication for over 25 years and it has always come with an expiration date of a year or better. The company offered either a 50% discount or a replacement with a longer (but still relatively inadequate) expiration date. I chose the replacement as I will be able to get, at least, some use out of it before it expires, but I will be looking for a new Rx provider for the future.
