they removed my review several times. I paid them for a logo had problems but figured it was the design process. So i paid them to build a website i got the run around then they stop answering my calls after posting a bad review they called me wanting more money. when i told them no more money. they stopped all comms then 2yrs later they called me trying to scam me again. They are not in America and a complete rip off. i received nothing for my money

This is my second or third negative review. If anyone has been frauded by this company like me, please call the California attorney general and report them. Currently looking for an attorney in the area to start a civil case, but I'm certain there are many people like me out there that this company has taken advantage of. It has been years, and my projects/ merchandise has been given nothing but promises. They have tried to get my other reviews taken down from this site, but didn't succeed. Make sure the reviews you read are "verified" for this company. As of now, they refuse to fix my business email accounts which is affecting my company operations. I have emails/ text/ receipts to support my claims. Starting a FB page to support a class action suit against this company. Look for the page "california logo designs victims"

Don't be fooled by this company a whole scam I'm unfolding more n more as a class suit is happening these people are originally from Pakistan

I worked with California Logo Design to create a website for our small charity organisation. They did a good job to design the website however we have been having challenges for the past 4 months to go into our website and edit it. The login details they gave us to edit our own website do not work. They also created our organisational email accounts, I asked to make changes to email accounts for staff that have left our organisation but I have received no response to my problems. We paid for these services and it is only fair they respond to our problems. It's been 5 months now we still can not access our website control panel. Bad customer service and unresponsive. I would not recommend working with them.

This company needs to improve in more ways than one this company is completely unprofessional does not know how to handle projects and is very unresponsive I have a friend that works for The New York Times and I have told her all about this company she plans to do an interview with me as well to talk about the dissatisfaction that I have had with this company they are completely horrible I do not recommend them for anything!!!!

If I could give a zero I would . I have been trying to have a webpage built for 6 months . I can show you text and emails to please just finish what we started and no more add ons. They told me ir was going to work better and faster and it is far from the truth . I had more issues than I ever thought . I am embarrassed and lost money and buyers due to this. I tried to call the number on invoice , no answer , no response to emails for says or texts for days . Do not use this company , it is all a scam. They do not do what they say and it won’t work right . They will take triple times longer and it still won’t work .

I have been trying to create a new webpage for over 6months, I have been more than patient. I have had to have t hem redo things over and over just to get it to go live. Once it went live it did not work , I had to tell them it didn't work? You would think they would be checking every function to assure it is working? any working properly? They kept telling me it was working and finally said it crashed. I had little communication and always had to be the one emailing , texting etc, It finally was up and I said it is not working right and it is slow. They told me it was my phone ? I needed to clear my caches? It did work but then it didn't again, and on top of that I had other people get on the webpage and they has same issue.I had customers e-mailing me and saying how it won't allow them to order, see product, the drop downs don't work, the tab won't work, it was so embarrassing. I lost money and potential clients. You would think they would have it perfect after building it for over 6 months . I would never use this company ever. Their products do not work and it will cost you money and clients .

I’m only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them below that , I’ve been working with a team for over a year now and they came never seem to get it right ..on countless occasions I’ve asked for a refund and I keep getting the run around..please if you’re thinking of doing business with this company please do not ..they lure you in with a basic price and keep adding on..I signed up for a basic logo design and before I knew it I was signing up for a website..500$ and countless hours of going back and forth with someone that seemed like they barely know English..so frustrated with this company ..
