I have been waiting to receive my logo for over 3 months. I paid 150 dollars and I can not get ahold of anyone. The logo itself is nice but I would never recommend going through them.

This company may not be a complete scam but it is definitely close to it. I am being given ultimatums, threats, and being harassed to take down negative reviews. I have documented evidence via text, calls, and the design works platform they use to prove my case. I signed up for the services over 3 months ago paying for logo, website, content creation, and social media package, paid up front and for all the money I spent all I have is a logo design and an apparent website that only has the template content that I sent them on it. They are threatening me with my refund only when I remove my negative reviews, however much I would love my money back, I would much prefer to not have someone else fall into the trap I have (and many others - check their Facebook page). Please, please, please stay away from this company, unless you do like mediocre work, extended deadlines, lack of communication. One extra warning never call them unprofessional they will have Google ban your website and or future websites (recorded call proof), like they have that much power?!

They stole over 15 thousand dollars from me up sold me stole my domain website everything my server hosting everything dude just stole all my money left me with nothing besides threats. I'm suing them they ruined my life litterally.

My Company website is has been taking down in retaliation because I requested my money back. I have tired over and over to asked that things be fixed on my website I even tried to be patient 3 months after my payment for promises to make changes. I paid California Logo Designs back on 4/12 for a form to be added to my site and a few minor changes with my website Goodsamaritans2u.com at this point I have no other choice to take things to the next level TODAY! I will be putting in a dispute at the Better Bureau also I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and then posting a complaint on Ripoff Report and then emailing spam at uce.gov after that I will write a review on Yelp and Planet Feedback following I will write a letter to my Attorney General and after that I will post a review on Pissed Consumer and lastly file a police report showing my interactions with you guys and money paid if anyone has any issues like this follow these steps

I purchased a package from them and due to Covid I stopped the project. Now no work was done at all on this package project I paid for. I sent an Email to Ethan Parker explaining that due to the state of the economy it's not a smart idea to move forward with the project and I wanted a refund. Ethan Parker never responded to the email. I texted him as well and it was not until I told him you need to get in contact with me immediately that he decided to respond after not even answering the first text. Bottom line if they would have started the project or put work into the actual website then I can be like ok a refund may be declined. But they have done nothing absolutely nothing and they are telling we do not do refunds. But Ethan Parker was quick to do the Sales pitch and everything. Now he hides like a coward and does not have a response or the professional ethic to respond to my emails. "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY" I wished I would read their reviews because they have alot of bad reviews.

This company is NOT based in California although they claim they are. They are somewhere in India. They dont deliver the website but rather give you to INEXPERIENCED and UNPROFESSIONAL young men who continually screw up the websites pictures, content and dont communicate with you other than missed calls and agreed upon meetings which they miss! There was lots of high pressure selling to purchase things I did not need and I gave up! never got a website!

This company is a complete SCAM!!!They ripped me off for hundreds of dollars, 10 weeks and I still can't access my website.Beware!!!!!John is a liar and will argue you down with a LIE!!If you want a professional job keep looking because this isn't it!!

My company hired this company to create a website. In 6 months they didn't do ANYTHING at all. We paid them thousands of dollars and they did nothing and were still asking for more money. They have a terrible service. Every time we would try to get some answers we were directed to a new person. They refused to give a corporate number, a supervisor name or any other details about someone to help us. The billing department was completely rude when we asked for a full refund and they clearly said they won't issue any refund. The initial package details says 100% money back guarantee 100% costumer satisfaction guaranteed. It's been 3 months after we asked for a full refund and they still don't have any answers on what's going to happen, when will they refund the money. They just don't care, they don't even return my company's phone calls and like I said, my company paid them thousands of dollars and in six months they didn't do what they were supposed to. My company filed complains about this company with our bank and the Better Business Bureau and they still refuse to comply with both the bank and the BBB. My company is now getting ready to file a lawsuit against California Logo Designs and guess what? They still don't care! Worst service ever!! Avoid yourself a lot of trouble! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!.
