At first I was worried about ordering form a place that I've never bought anything from but I was surprised how well everything went. I got the selena quintanilla jacket and was very happy with the product even the customer service was amazing they really do care about the customer I would highly recommend you buy from them.

Hello Jamie wheeler here want to say thank you so much for the jacket fits great perfect for cosplay shipping went quick it's awesome thumbs up 👍

I was looking for Halloween costume pieces (Loki TVA shirt/tie) and came upon California Jacket. As others mentioned, I had limited my expectations on quality and if it would even arrive on time. Product quality and delivery time both exceeded my expectations. To top it off, their customer service is above and beyond. I received email confirmation from a person acknowledging receipt and appreciating my business. Item arrived soon after. Strongly recommend them!

Likeable and personable customer service. And GREAT product; very well made with quality fabrics. Looks like the pictures on the site. Really good. Bought the Jodi Whittaker Dr.Who Coat in XS: /product/13th-doctor-who-jodie-whittaker-hooded-coat/

I experienced excellent, personal customer service from this company. I ordered a jacket that turned out too big for me. When I requested an exchange they were very prompt and responsive, and although they weren't able to fully exchange or refund the product, they gave me a discount on a second order. Both the original and second order shipped sooner than expected. Thank you!

I ordered a Yelena black widow jacket for my daughter as a Birthday present. To be honest I was a little bit pessimistic about my order and how it would turn out but this company emailed me straight back and I received a beautiful, perfect copy of a Yelena Black Widow jacket in plenty of time. Was delighted and will order from CaliforniaJacket again. You are sure to be happy with this company that went out of their way to make the order perfect.

This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customer is satisfied. The quality and speed of their work did not disappoint. Had a hiccup with sending in the right measurements and they worked with me to get everything sorted out! All around good experience.

I was excited to learn that California Jacket had produced a Loki Variant Coat - As someone who has a handful of prop replica's in my collection I was skeptical to get my hands on a coat based on Filson's. My initial order was fulfilled and unfortunately I received the wrong size. Mistakes happen, but I was surprised to learn that I'd have to pay an additional shipping cost for a second - corrected coat. I agreed, however, and received a corrected version VERY quickly. Working with Elisha on correcting order issues was a pleasure. It's obvious that California Jacket cares about how its perceived by it's customer as it grows it's business. I will definitely consider them for future purchases.
