I ordered the Tom Holland Wool jacket worn in Spider Man No Way Home First I’d like to say that I had high hopes in this product…however right after the purchase everything turned into a nightmare…I ordered the Tom holland No way home plaid jacket…which was originally advertised as a wool jacket…what I received was not wool…nor a jacket but a button up shirt made of the same fabric as a cheap Halloween costume…ontop of that it took almost a month to get here even with me paying the extra $ to get it expedited…this place is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen…ontop of the fact that they have multiple websites all connected but with different states as the name…look it up your self there is a NY jacket a California jacket etc…ontop of that it ships from Pakistan so if you don’t like your purchase or the size is wrong…it’ll be forever for you to get that fixed…all in all…these people are monsters and they screwed me and countless others over…take a look at the reviews for them on trustpilot and see for yourself

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Ordered 2 costumes from them despite the fact that they were VERY pricey because they GUARANTEED delivery before Halloween on the site. Purchased them on the 8th of October, and didn’t get an update for 3 WEEKS. I kept e-mailing the company and they kept side-stepping all my questions. They literally didn’t ship the costume until the 26th of October. They say they’re located in California, but they actually ship from Pakistan. When the package finally did arrive (by some miracle on the 29th) it only included ONE of the costumes. Contacted them to get a refund on only the second costume since I didn’t even receive it, and they ignored me completely. I trusted the other reviews on this site before purchasing and that was a MISTAKE. This is not a trustworthy company. Their costumes are cheaply made (mine already had holes in it from faulty seams when it arrived), and the customer service is clearly outsourced, and will not help you should there be any problems with your order. They say you can refund/exchange on the site, that’s a lie. It’s a scam company. *UPDATE* they removed a lot of negative reviews on their website and here to try and hide their scam

DO NOT BUY anything from them. I ordered the Alexa coat and received a sloppily manufactured coat from Pakistan. It took several back and forth emails to finally get a return authorization number. It cost me $21.15 in postage to return. They don’t accept PayPal, which if they did, would have reimbursed my return shipping.

Ordered a jacket based on availability and delivery date on website. Item was not in stock, rather delivered from Pakistan a week after the order. Needless to say, even with an extra week to meet a deadline, the jacket didn’t arrive. Customer service is of no help and not responsive. Buyer beware.

This company is a fraud. I ordered an item for a Halloween Party, and went back and forth trying to get confirmation of a shipping date. They finally confirmed it would arrive by a certain date. That day came and went. No response. Finally had to pursue a refund.

I bought the Loki variant dress shirt in XL size. It is way bigger than any XL I have ever seen in my life and the buttons are sown on in a way that you can’t button the shirt up without skipping a button. So, I want to exchange it for a smaller size. It’s “free” to exchange but it costs $55 for shipping which is a joke. I just got the Large Loki variant in the mail and it’s too small for me and the kicker is it came WITH stains on the material. Bad company. Bad quality. I’d exchange it again but I’m not paying $55 just to get another crappy shirt.
