Plenty of options and fairly priced.

The customer service team was very prompt in offering to cover all of my shipping charges after paying for expedited shipping only to have the packages take 4 days instead of 2. My shipment was unique in that I needed it to arrive before my soldier's family began a cross-country move. Luckily, a family member stayed behind an extra week and could receive the packages. I would certainly have preferred a reach out email or text or voice message offering other options when the UPS delay began. It wasn't weather issues so I hadn't expected the problem. The customer service team admitted there were shipping issues with UPS and sincerely apologized. As busy as the season will get, it would be wise to have a few customer service team members stay on top of "expedited" baskets to ensure all possible delivery options. I understand from the family members that the baskets are beautiful and the food is delicious so far. I will certainly give another try next time I need a basket.

It was very responsive and fast delivery. The paying process could be better, as could be the website design, but overall a great experience, I would use it again.

Several gift baskets I searched for were out of stock, but I was able to find a nice alternative on their site. The ordering process was easy and intuitive, and I liked the option to write a personalized note to the recipient.

I ordered a gift basket for some family members who had traveled across the country for a funeral. I ordered it fairly last-minute, and the employees at California Delicious were great about working with me to make sure the gift basket was delivered without bothering my family during the service. My family enjoyed the basket and said it was very good quality (it was the dried fruit and nuts, and a bottle of wine). The basket was delivered to California, but I was ordering from North Carolina. Even with the time difference this company did a great job getting the order delivered on time, and were very communicative during the process.
