Great customer service!
I love the free shipping to California. They always have deals. They go out of their way to accomodate my shipping needs. They are knowledgeable about how fast certain products need to be shipped. If there is a delivery problem they keep me in the loop :)

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
It was my daughters first birthday away from home in a continent oceans away from home. So we were looking for something to make her feel special and know that she is truly loved and missed. Her delight firstly in receiving the gift was perfect and then discovering all the goodies in the basket was even better. Her and her fiance are still enjoying the goodies a week later. And to top it all she had a final surprise, her basket wasnt "just" a basket it was a picnic basket with handles. They love going to the park, hiking etc and having picnics. The gift was absolutely perfect and superb. Thank you from Durban South Africa.

Exceeded Expectations!
California Delicious went above and beyond to call ahead to the hotel I was shipping to in order to ensure its delivery. I've ordered from them several times and will continue to do so, since their baskets are excellent, and their customer service is outstanding.

Sparkling wine was nasty
It was all great but don't get their wine, it's disgusting. The order was delivered very fast. EDIT: My review was in regards to the wine but not necessarily the service and staff of California Delicious. My own inexperience with Wine is what affected my rating the first time. After a recommendation from the staff at California delicious they sent me a new bottle to fit my selfish taste buds. Thank you, you've gone above and beyond what I could ever expect from a company. Cheers!
