They are scammers, don't approach them, don't listen to them.
I'm making this post to warn you about this mafia network, a fake company that calls you offering services they can't and won't provide because they're a group of scammers. What happened to me with this fake company, I don't want to happen to you. They take my book and publish it on Amazon under their name without my authorization. They create their own KDP without my permission; they create the ISBNs under their name without my authorization—it's as if the book belongs to them, even though I paid them $649 to format and publish it on Amazon in my name, not theirs. They have complete control over the ebook, paperback, and hardcover versions. They created an IngramSpark account for me and told me that it is connected to Amazon. I changed the book's price on IngramSpark, but it wasn't reflected on Amazon after several weeks. This suggests that my IngramSpark account isn't connected to Amazon and that IngramSpark isn't publishing my book on Amazon. They claim to create an ebook for me, but they haven't sent me the audio version, and I don't know where they published it. I have no access to any of these works on Amazon. I'm like anyone else who goes on Amazon and sees my book. They have complete control over the listing on Amazon, not me. They see that my book has importance and potential, can impact readers, and could become a bestseller, which is why they maintain complete control over it. I've been trying to scam them for over a month, and they're playing games with me. These are scammers; don't consult these thieves, don't answer their calls, don't use their services because they will ruin your projects as they did to me. I asked them for full authorization to list my book on Amazon so I could have control of it; they refused. I told them to remove the listing from Amazon and any other platform; they refused. My next step is to go to court if they refuse to comply and do what I asked. They will shut down. They don't have an EIN number; they only have a virtual address with virtual phone numbers. In any case, my situation with this fake company is very serious; my next step is legal action. They must delete the listing on Amazon. The name of my book is: FÒMASYON ELIT AYISYEN YO Pou yon Refondasyon entèlektyèl, Moral, Etik ak Sivik an Ayiti (Training of Haitian Elites for an Intellectual, Moral, Ethical, and Civic Refoundation of Haiti). It is in the Haitian language on Amazon. ISBN: (10) 978 1966355963, (13) 978 196635560, 978 1966355946. These are their names and phone numbers: #1 Elsa Mari, phone number 619 349 9571, #2 Jordan Mascarenhas, phone number 649 607 6675, #3 Alex Ryan, phone number 904 479 0550
