I have been shopping at Cali for a couple or 3 year's now and they have always been awesome with their coustamer service and there products.This time they had forgotten my Free 7gs that I was supposed to have gotten but it didn't come with my order so I let them know by email and it was just a couple of hours and they had already gotten back with me, well they made it up to me very well and fast. I take back my previous poor review. After customer service replied to me through Trustpilot, I figured out my email client was blocking all the customer service replies being emailed to me for no good reason. Once I switced clients, we made contact and the problem was solved in minutes. Thanks for sticking with me and answering all of my questions. They are all about service and solutions!
