This is a scam, they pretend they send it to the wrong country, request shipping payment for a new one, they will cover the cost of the replacement item. 5 emails later and 6 months. No reply

Never received the item i purchased. Paid for the insurance and they refuse to resend or refund. Due to their incompetent shipping methods, order says item was delivered to a po box without a number. I gave my actual address for shipping with no po box. Steer clear of this fake company!

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered almost $100 of product on Dec 16th 2024. Still have not received. I've sent numerous emails as last tracking info was on Jan 11. Still many states away. I keep requesting a phone number to talk with someone and they keep sending same reply " We will contact the shipper and request them to update tracking info". I've sent over 10 emails to them with same canned response. NEVER order from these scam artists.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is definitely a complete scam. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from them. I ordered ear buds but on the day they say they were delivered I received a very cheap gold colored ring. Do NOT order anything from this company, they are stealing money and then using your order information to post fake online reviews to up their approval rating.

Ordered electric tumbler to mix coffee/hot cocoa as a Christmas gift on December 14th, and on the site it said, with a countdown I might add, “if ordered today, receive before Christmas!” False advertisement. It’s January 18th and I have yet to receive my item. I was given a tracking number by their support team that shows “delivered” to my hometown (not even my home address), however when I try to look into the tracking information, I can’t locate any carrier associated with it! I have been reaching out to them for a week now and I haven’t gotten any response other than a generic “We checked, and the carrier reported that your order had been delivered. If you didn't get it please contact your local post office using your tracking number.” I checked with my local post office and they have no information regarding my package. I will never order from this company again and I encourage anyone thinking of ordering from them to go elsewhere. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! Requested a refund, will update this post with their response!!

I ordered Blind Date with a book from this “company. I received a cardboard wrapper and 3 stickers with a pen. I am trying to dispute the charge. I ordered it on Dec 4 for a Christmas gift and received whatever it is today. January 15…..I got an email shortly after I ordered it saying it was coming from Milan then I complained to them after Christmas and they sent me a new tracking number saying it was shipped from China…. SCAM!!!!!

I ordered something for Xmas in early December and never received it After multiple inquiries I was constantly told to be patient then today I received this! We are so sorry for what happened. As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office. What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. In this case, we have two solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
