Very good looking shoes but they're a half to a whole size smaller than you might want them to be. I ordered a half size larger but I could have used a whole size larger

Still no satisfaction. About two weeks ago, I posted a review about Calceus. To summarize: The shoes I received had no relation to the size I ordered, and Calceus believes that's my problem, not their and if I want a refund, I have to send the shoes to China on my dime. Well, that would be like buying the shoes not twice, but three times. Their reply: "Let's do it in the right way." Apparently, they have a different opinion of "the right way." After first repeating the "not our fault" policy, they said I could send the shoes to Ontario, Canada (the shoes were shipped from Chino, CA, less then 40 miles from my home). That meant I'd only have to play for the shoes twice., so no go. The next offer was that I keep the shoes, and they would refund 30% of what I paid. Nice, but still doesn't feel right. I declined the offer and asked them to come back with a better offer. I joked that since they believe 70-30 to be a fair split, send me the 70% and we can be done; if that's a problem, then how about an even split. That was a week ago, and I have not heard a word in reply. I'm beginning to suspect their awful customer service is a feature, not a bug: by making it so hard to get a refund, they wear people down. Well, I'm not that easily dissuaded. I await their reply.
