I was pleased with the quality and comfortability of all of the shoes! Shipping took a little time. The only concern was there was no notification of tracking the items and did not know the approximate date of arrival. I live in a Condo and the package could have been taken since I'm not familiar with some of my neighbors.

I love the products and will order again

As far as the merchandise my husband was very happy with his shoe purchase especially the price. I do remember after completing my purchase it said that I would receive an email stating when my order would arrive. I never received the email. I did email the company with a few questions and never received a response back. If I had received a response I would have given them 5 stars.

The shoes are great, they look good and feel like moccasins. All handmade with excellent quality.

The shows i have bought, 4 pairs, so far have been comfortable and sleek looking. 2 of the pairs which i bought for my 80+ yr old Uncle have gotten rave compliments from the nurses and patients at the Dialysis clinic. Bec of his diabetes, he has minimal feelings in his feet so wearing his slip on shows has been a blessing for him.

Great quality, comfortable shoes. I like the styles. I definitely will get another pair. My only issue is not having a telephone customer service. For that a take away half a *.

Purchased these for my 80 year old father and they have become his favorite pair of boots.
