Very comfortable, and useful

Not only does this pair of Calceus feel great, they look great! I get a lot of complements on them.

Good products overall but shipping was a little slow

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in December 2019. They arrived the second week of January and I, not Calceus, had to contact FedEx to get the problem corrected, and it was not easy. So shipping is free, but it is the slowest most difficult delivery system available. After the shoes arrived, one pair didn't fit correctly so I had to send them back by international postage to Canada (or China), at my expense and then wait for the other pair to arrive. I did not receive a notification that Calceus Canada received my package nor a tracking number for the second pair of shoes when shipped. When I inquired after several weeks, Calceus responded with: "Dear Customer, Thanks for your email. We have arranged to ship your replacement product. We're sorry but we did send the shipping notification email. You may find it in your spam folder." And then they sent the wrong tracking number to my email. I received this email without going to spam!!! I received every email and advertisement from Calceus but not the tracking number. Really!!! They did finally arrive, it is now March. I requested that a supervisor contact me because of my issues and the response sent back to me was: "Our supervisor will not call you in person. He asked us to apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused you. Still have any questions, please contact us without hesitation. Thanks for your support and patience." This is the supervisor's job, to talk to customers having issues with their product. For me, this makes this company a poor choice to use. Not only did I have to pay for the shoes, they ended costing me $40 more to ship the ill fitting shoe back, so I saved nothing and actually spent more for the two pair of shoes. It also took almost 3 months to get everything settled, and I did all the work. So you may want to rethink before choosing Calceus. For the shoes, they are comfortable. They are good, but not great. I personally will not use this company again and would recommend you not as well. You save nothing!!!
