CalceusReviews of calceus.org

Since I have always liked having different things than others I was very impressed with a pair of shoes I saw advertised during my daily sports reading on my computer. I placed the order but was unsure if the order went through. I resubmitted the order plus added another pair of shoes to it. The original order arrived the next day. I e-mailed Calceus with my solution to correct the problem. The next day a company spokes women e-mailed me giving her solution, which worked perfectly.

YOUR SHOES ARE VERY ATTRACTIVE - THEY FIT & PRICES ARE RESONABLE !!!! SHIPPING IS TOO LONG TRY IMPROVING ?

Service is excellent

Very Poor. On Feb 27 I placed an order and got a confirmation email that my order was being processed and that I would be emailed when shipped. I heard nothing more. My cc was charged. On Mar 10 I wrote their message board to contact me about my order. Nothing. On Mar 13 I again wrote their message board to contact me and also called the 888 number. It is disconnected or Out of Order. I then wrote my c c company to investigate. On Mar 18 I received my order. No email, no return call, nothing.

Time to receive item(s) is too long. Item(s) are ok but they look better in pictures than when you actually receive your offer. Overall items are ok.

Love the shoes and love the prices the website isn’t easy to use ordering. Wish you guys had a catalog

Very comfortable & roomy able to stand or walk longer.

Good product (sometimes, shoe's front-end exploded only after wearing the shoes like 5 times). Your company (Calceus) has terrible customer service and order processing speeds. Please work on these areas of your busines. your company is probably the worst at both customer service (you never respond to emails in a timely manner) and your order processing. Love the shoes tho. You would get a half star for designing such a nice, affordable breathable dress shoe.
