Tom delivered his service quick and effectively! We were able to close escrow in 14 days and make the deadline! Tom had great communication via email, text, and phone! Was very thorough with all the things we needed to get done in a timely manner! Thank you Tom and team! Will definitely use your services again!

Tom and team communicated with me throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening. The whole transaction was smooth, no issues! Tom and team were very responsive whenever I did have a question! Would work them again!

When we found Cal Loans Direct, Inc., through interest rate comparisons and reviews, Tom Navarro stood out as a person with integrity and great service. Our experience with him was even better than expectations from reviews! He was personable, prompt, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful at every step through both the mortgage application and home buying process. We will definitely seek Tom’s help again for any loan needs!

Cal Loans got our refi when others couldn’t! It was a pleasure working with Michael!!

I appreciate Tom’s professionalism. I got quotes from 5 other places, and while other deals were very close in loan terms, the other companies called my phone constantly, leaving many hard-sell voicemails. It was extremely annoying for a busy person like me. Tom by contrast, respected my time and contacted me only when something was pertinent.

Michael Combe is the best! Is an understatement....He was able to help with refinancing an existing property while also getting me a great rate for a new home purchase. Clear communication the entire time, availability when I needed him, honesty, and closing on time. What else could one ask for in a lender? Highly to recommend and would work with again in a heart beat.

Worked with Mike and Tom on a re-fi and it ended up working out great. Got an incredible, low interest rate and they were able to push it thru a very difficult underwriting process. Thank you guys, really appreciate your hard work to get this one done! And before the end of the year was even better!

First time we have ever dealt with mortage or refi on line. Read the reviews for Cal Loans and they were correct. In addition when u live in California it just makes sense to deal with a California company. Our broker was Mike Combe. He was personable, professional and knew his products. A positive experience all around and handled totally by emails, phone calls, wire transfers. We would recommend Cal Loans to friends and utilize their services again. Refi on our son and DIL house.
