I had cancelled my subscription, but it charged me the subscription amount for the following month anyways, I have written 2 mails to the caktus ai support team, but i still have not got back a response. And considering 30 dollars is not a small amount for a college student like me, I want to do everything I can to resolve this issue. Really poor service.

Tried this service as a trial way back ago, suddenly after 1 year or more in the last days the bomb me with a 2.99 dollar bill constantly maybe 20 times per day.

i cancelled my subscription and they keep charging my card and took the last 11 dollars from my card. do not give this company any money they will keep charging you even when cancelled most scam thing ever.

I was shown 10 kr but charged over 300 kr. Very disappointed

Horrible they charged me for an Annual subscription when I bought a one day trial and then a week later back charge me when I did not make the payment

I would give them zero stars if I could. They advertise a free trial but charge you right away, claiming there is a word limit - yet they don't disclose this word limit anywhere until you try to ask for your money back. After months of back and forth, they will offer you a portion of your money back, and once you accept, they will ghost you and you will never receive your money. They will steal your money for a very shitty "product" that doesn't even work. Horrible communication, fake free trials, and very difficult to cancel. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
