Caitlin, had a Facebook course with 100% moneyback guarantee, and when I asked for it, not because I didn’t like the course, but because I had too much going on, they denied me. Zero integrity at that point in time

Please do not buy her course. I did believing and should have read her reviews first, but because she's been around for along time, I thought she was legit. She stopped my access to a course after stating a false claim she made, so I asked for a refund. It was refused so I'm dealing with it through my bank who actually suggested I write a review.

Their paypal link did not work, I had to enter my card info and my bank account was compromised. That left my business account without a card so then my scheduling software payment and google workspace account were suspended for days while I waited for a new card. When I reached out to the people at this organization to let them know their website had an issue they just told me that it did not and said they processed a refund. Sketchy all around

Charged me $$$$$ for generic advice. I sold my house so I could join Caitlin's SWS program. The salesperson pressured me to get the sale moving quicker to get into the program. If you look at the sign-up form for a sales call, you'll see they say something like "don't bother wasting our time unless you're willing to buy." Really sleazy stuff. Anyway, that's on me for making that decision. But also, I didn't know better and was desperate to join as I KNEW I'd make my money back as I am a really hard worker and had already done a ton in my biz, but wasn't making enough sales. I was wrong. It was the biggest waste of money, and I deeply regret joining. You barely ever get to interact with Caitlin, and for a couple of thousand (with currency conversion) a month, that is wild. The coaches were flummoxed after I followed all their advice and teaching to the letter, and had zero traction in my business. They said, "Oh well, you must have a mindset issue." Also, the coaches were peers to me, not more experienced or successful. Why am I paying huge amounts to talk to people who know the same amount as I do? I completed absolutely everything in the course and pleaded for help, and got nothing. No refund either. It is unethical to take so much money from people and seem not to care if the program doesn't work. Or worse, blame the customer when the course doesn't work, "if only you put in the work and did what we told you to do, then you'd be successful." I did put in the work. I did do exactly as I was told, and their response was a shoulder shrug and demands for more money. Avoid giving Caitlin or any other online "guru" your money when they want to charge thousands a month. It's an incredible waste of money, and the "do what I did and you'll see success" model doesn't work for most people. I was one of the more "successful" people in the course because I did everything, even though I made no real new sales. I didn't see anyone be successful, really. And for $15K? That's horrible. PLUS I spent about $1K-$2K a month on Facebook ads (which I had to get a separate coach to help me with and pay them). You can get everything I learned from this expensive course on YouTube, seriously. Then get a few biz friends together for a monthly call to help each other. Don't fall for the same trap I did.

Yesterday, I attended one of their supposedly live events. I was very impressed by her sales tactic and seconds away from purchasing her course. Thank god for the last-minute spark of genius that brought me to Trustpilot looking for reviews on her. After seeing the complaints here and bringing them to their attention during the "LIVE" call, I was brushed off by one of her team members (Lesley) and was told to contact Caitlin on IG if I wanted her to address the negative reviews. Mind you, this conversation is happening while she's responding to other people's comments, and sales alerts are going off one after the other, indicating the webinar participants are purchasing the course!! As a participant, I didn't see how many people were on the call within the chat. I only had access to the team. So it was weird that she was answering other people's comments but couldn't see mine, and I was being sent to IG to get an answer. Long story short, I realized not only was the call pre-recorded, but all the sales alerts they were publishing through chat were fake. Now, I'm not saying her course is bogus ( I simply don't have enough information), but the conduct of their webinar is. Please do your research before filling her pocket with your money. By the way, she claims she has millions. PS> Since yesterday, a 5 star review, with an assertive tone, was left on Trustpilot and liked by Jelena, one of the facilitators of the call. This is just hilarious!

Program has a 1.5% success rate after they watch the webinar, according to a video created by CaitlinB. Meaning after you do all the work and send your qualified email lists through Caitlin’s funnel only 1 out 1000 people will buy your program!! Compare this to 20% as the average close rate for sales across all industries. This is about dismal results. That is sooooo low. I told them I was disappointed and I was quitting the program and they sent to collections office to collect $400. If she’s really a millionaire, why is she trying to collect $400? The only reason she runs this program is because she’s not good at 1:1 sales and so everything is automated. My advice is learn how to have a conversation with your clients and serve them that way…you can get 20-30% enrollment rate vs the 1-2% this program gives you.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Abusive collections tactics after resigning from the program within a week. Never used the online program, do not have access to it. Now she has a collections agency harassing my family members. Don't Do it!

Terrible experience. Huge loss of money and 0 sales in the end. Be smarter than me, don't waste your money. Let's put it simply: as a young entrepreneur coming from the corporate world, I had no clue how to promote my work and to get new clients. This programme (SWS) sounded very appealing (some would say "too good to be true" and they would be right). SWS offers to guide you along a "unique funnel strategy" using a very practical step-by-step approach that will give you all the best practices to skyrocket your business within a year. Of course, there is no guarantee of success (fair enough) but SWS claims that following their method will give you the best chances to see your business flourish. So, first of all, their "unique" funnel strategy is everything that you have already seen (free masterclass, email campaign blablabla). The only thing that seemed "unique" to me is the number of side platforms/apps you have to subscribe to in order to implement their funnel (these subscription costs are of course excluded from the price of SWS) which means that on top of the 15000$ for SWS, you have to pay 100$-200$ extra per month! The implementation phase is unnecessary long (at least a month or two) and force you to subscribe to the side apps/platforms from the beginning while you make no money. That’s for the technical part. For the “learning of to grow your business part”, it’s nothing else but the same old ideas you see everywhere (basic principles of online marketing for beginners, what is a USP, how to fine-tune your niche etc.). Trust me: nothing revolutionary in the form nor in the substance. Spoiler alert: I could not finish the programme. After one year of membership, I was still struggling to finalize the technical and learning part and I gave up (guess what? I had to work double to pay it + all the technical platforms they make you subscribe to implement their funnel. A vicious circle). The moment I cancelled all these stupid side subscriptions has been a huge relief. Ultimately SWS is not a fraud or a scam (you do get access to a marketing course; no success has ever been guaranteed by them and the responsibility to implement the programme is yours and yours only). It's just a very bad business coaching programme, and I am ashamed I fell into this marketing trap. Be smarter, and save your money.
