Avoid like a plague! They will scam you out of your money and gaslight you in the process. They are not UK company. When asked about delivery they will tell you for a mouth that glasses are being made and then all of a sudden lose your order. I made my order in October and I am still asking them to return my money. It's a outright scam!!! Oh and also they have another website called EyewearUK and also go as Schultz Optical. I'll make sure to update this post with time. Companies like that should be made obsolete. Edit: caglasses does sell abroad including UK market.

I ordered prescription shooting glasses on September 5tth, it is now November 25th and I still have not seen any glasses. The first order was delayed (eventually lost) due to postage assessment. I was told they would make a new pair, from what I can tell the lab never heard of it. I finally asked for a refund, still waiting for that after two weeks. Support is horrible. Apparently this review worked, I now have my refund.

They make refunding on your returns very difficult. They have a LONG "inspection process". Then, if you haven't forgotten about it, you call and ask about the refund, and they apologise. They offer to expedite the refund, but still don't. Then, if you follow up again querying, they don't respond.

I've been waiting over a month now for a pair of safety glasses. I've called, left messages, talked to multiple people and they keep saying the same thing. Finally I got a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number has said for days now theyre waiting for the item only the label was created. What is going on with this company? I've read many reviews dealing with the same thing. Wouldn't recommend this site.

This is one shady company. I highly recommend you look for glasses elsewhere. They have a really pretty website, but the production and customer service is third world. I ordered prescription sunglasses on 7/19. It took about 3 - 4 weeks to receive the sunglasses, which seemed like a long time. When I got the package it had asian writing on it indicating it had come from China or Southeast Asia. That explained the exceedingly long turnaround. The prescription was wrong and everything looked wonky through them even though I had provided them with my exact prescription. In addition they had advertised that my sunglasses had "spring hinges" which allow the arms to bend outward a little to fit on heads of all sizes. They didn't have spring hinges...they were falsely described. Because of the lack of spring hinges they were too tight on my head. Emailed customer service on 8/15 asking for a refund...got no response. I initiated a chat with "Bria" on 8/27 and asked for a refund. She tried hard to convince me to just keep what I had and they would send a corrected pair. I said no because I had no confidence in them at this point, and insisted I wanted a refund. Bria disappeared from the chat. After about 2 hours of silence I posted that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card. Suddenly she reappeared and said she had been having difficulty with her internet connection. She said she would send my request for an RMA to "the lab" and that they would provide it to me within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went but no RMA or any communication at all. On Sunday 8/31 (4 days after our chat) I disputed the charge with my credit card company. On 9/3 I finally received an email from their customer service in response to my original email and they were again trying to do anything to avoid giving me a refund. On 9/12 (9 days after I disputed the charge) I suddenly got a text and an email providing me with an RMA. The RMA said that it would expire after 10 days so I decided to wait and see what my credit card company was going to say because I knew that CAGlasses wasn't going to honor the RMA. The credit card company came back to me saying that CAGlasses informed them that they had provided me an RMA. I gave them all the details I just related above about how it all went down and the credit card company ruled in my favor. I got my $111 back, but it was hell. Never again. Avoid this company like the plague.

I paid for my glasses in full and a month later they still have not shipped. Multiple e-mails that were replied with faulse information about production and quality inspection. There are TOO MANY OTHER ON-LINE PLACES TO ORDER FROM.

Placed order over a month ago and did not receive sunglasses. Company does not respond to order inquiry. Do not recommend

I placed an order for safety glasses on September 3rd and have been tracking the shipment closely. The order didn’t ship until September 11th and showed a few movements between September 11–13, but nothing since then. I contacted CA Glasses multiple times for help, and today was the last time. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and told me it was “out of their hands” and that I needed to resolve the issue myself with USPS. That is completely unacceptable customer service. Perfect service would mean assisting the customer through the issue, not dismissing it. Because of how this was handled, this will absolutely be the last purchase I make from CA Glasses. If the glasses ever do arrive, they will be returned immediately. CA Glasses should have handled this differently, and I cannot recommend them.
