This is the second pair of glasses I have purchased from this site. The newest pair were a frameless style, but but the lenses would pop out now and then. When I contacted customer service, they asked me a couple of questions and said that they would send me a new pair with any style frame I wanted. A quality product at half the price of many optical shops, and great customer service.

I must have made a mistake measuring interpupillary distance, which led to emails and suggestions for getting a better measurement. The sales representative was extremely kind and compassionate and offered to speak with their manager to see if an exception was possible. The company made an exception due to the circumstances. I received a second pair of glasses for no additional cost that are perfect. The representative was kind enough to find frames that would be a better fit for me and sent them to me directly. The representative was always quick to reply, answer my questions and meet my needs. Truely, this type of service is a rare gem. I couldn’t ask for a better pair of glasses. And the service is truly second to none.
