Since both pairs did not meet your expectations, we have already issued RMA return instructions so the items can be sent back for a refund. At this time, we have not yet received the returned items. UPDATE: We truly appreciate your patience. We have already processed a full refund for your original purchase. You are welcome to keep the glasses, and as a gesture of goodwill, we would also be happy to make a new pair for you at no cost.
