This website is a total scam. They claim your money, don't refund anything and at the same won't deliver their oversized product. In every day life this is called stealing and Cafeteriam are called thieves

This site is a scam. I don't know how it's still up. They never ship your order. Give you excuses and fake tracking numbers. Will not refund you. You'll never see anything you order. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for this scam.

If I could give this platform NO STARS I would. Ordered in Feb 2026, to date nothing has arrived. After numerous emails back n forward they always say they will follow up, but they never do. It’s outrageously fraudulent in my opinion. Do not order from these operators .. $84 AUD down the drain

I ordered 13 weeks ago and they continually lie about shipping them out. Terrible dishonest company.

Placed an order end of February, still has not arrived. 15 letters to them, and with promises my purchase is on the way. No tracking information either. Do not bother with this company, and I’m out a lot of money and very disappointed Grandchildren.

I placed an order on 26th February for Easter gifts that still have not arrived, nearly 8 weeks later! Initially, I sent an enquiry after a month, and was told in an email on the 1st of April that they would resend the order ASAP. To date, I have not received a dispatch date or any tracking number, but I am advised that my order is on the way, and therefore, they are unable to process the refund I have requested. Multiple emails later they refuse to give me a dispatch date or a tracking number. This company are scammers. Do not purchase from them.

Have not received delivery after 7 weeks - have requested refund but have not received refund. Do not waste your money.
