I have bought over 10 pairs of glasses from Caddis. I have 2 pairs of the Miklos. They stretch out and then fall off your face. I have tired to tighten then but no luck. I wrote to Caddis for help and they suggested I heat up the arm and bend it so they stay on. I tried this but this has not worked they are still too big. I wrote and asked if I could send them to Caddis for them to tighten and return to me. I even offered to pay for the shipping back This is what would happen if I bought them a store. They will not help. The idiotic AI they use keeps telling my why they cannot and will not help me. Meanwhile these $85 reading glasses (not cheap) are basically unusable. Talk about mgmt that is asleep at the wheel. They have lost me as a customer and anyone else who expects basic service on expensive glasses.

Cool frames, but their process of making lenses is not accurate. When the lenses measurements were off, they refused to make it right and insist on charging shipping to even return the glasses. Unbelievable business model

They sent me an email after I placed an order saying the prescription was outdated which was not true. I clarified this for them. Then they didn’t like that my doctor’s signature was not on my prescription. They then made a big deal that I challenged them at the time of my last order a year ago, that they didn’t have an NPI number required by my insurance company. They do not want to do business with people who have ordinary needs. This comes from a customer who has done business with them in the past and was giving them a second chance after the insurance company debacle.

Don’t recommend buying any frames from CADDIS. I have a pair and they fall apart and they refuse to replace and they don’t do any repairs. Spend your money elsewhere. Poor customer service.

When purchasing eye glasses you can't know for sure until you receive them if they are the right fit etc. I like how they look on the website however when I received them they just do not work for my face. I was willing to find another frame. I tried multiple other options on the website but they were either not available in the magnification I need or color I wanted. The outcome is me donating to CADDIS via restocking fee and paying the return shipping to do so. Bad business!

They refuse to replace the lenses that have such a tiny sliver of reader that I cannot use them. $162 for useless glasses they will not take back or fix. So disappointed.

i purchased these glasses. they are very nice and seemingly sturdy, but for one pair I purchased, the arm cracked when I used the suggested method for tightening them (no screw tightening); you have to use heating method. The second pair I got became so loose as to become unwearable and did not respond to heating method. I wanted to love these because they are beautiful, but I paid $220 for 7 months of wear, then had the replacement pair for only three months of wear - this is not worth it! They will only warranty one pair. So I am out. I take good care of them and did not do anything beyond ordinary use.

Scammer . Never ever shopped here, visited their site or bought a thing yet they bought my email address and have begun scamming and spamming. stay the hell of these crooks
